At Guntec USA, we know your order matters. Our goal is to process every shipment accurately, pack it securely, and get it moving as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and shipment issues.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Most orders ship within two business days after the order is received, payment is confirmed, and the order has cleared any required account, address, or compliance review.
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or carrier delays, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Addresses
To help ensure safe and reliable delivery, we require a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please note:
- Orders must ship to a single address and cannot be split between multiple destinations.
- A physical shipping address may be required for certain orders.
- PO boxes may only be used when the selected carrier supports delivery to that address.
- Guntec USA is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to make address changes.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and rates may vary based on the destination, order size, order value, carrier availability, and product eligibility.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier volume, security checks, address issues, or other circumstances outside of Guntec USA’s control.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available so you can monitor the shipment directly with the carrier.
APO/FPO Orders
APO/FPO orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery is made to the APO/FPO location, not the final overseas destination.
Standard delivery for APO/FPO orders is generally estimated at 7–10 business days, though final delivery times may vary depending on military mail handling and destination logistics.
Signature Required Orders
For security purposes, orders over $500 may ship with a signature required service.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to Guntec USA, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be restricted in certain states, cities, counties, or jurisdictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations before placing an order.
Guntec USA reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order if we believe shipment may violate applicable laws, carrier rules, or company policy.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once a shipment leaves our facility, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. If your tracking information shows a delay, please allow the carrier time to update the shipment status.
If your package appears lost or shows as delivered but was not received, please contact the carrier first to begin an investigation. You may also contact our team with your order number and tracking information so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials, including the box, packing slip, labels, and product packaging. This helps support the carrier claim process and allows us to review the issue properly.
Contact Guntec USA as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
