Refund Policy

At Guntec USA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every approved dealer to feel confident ordering from us. Because we operate as a wholesale supplier, orders are handled differently than standard retail purchases. This policy explains when returns, replacements, refunds, or order corrections may be considered.

Wholesale Sales Are Final

Guntec USA is a wholesale-only supplier. Because of the nature of wholesale ordering, inventory allocation, and product handling, all sales are final unless the order qualifies for review under one of the limited exceptions below.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, compatibility, quantities, colors, finishes, and shipping details before placing an order.

Eligible Issues We Will Review

While standard returns and exchanges are not accepted, we will review and work to resolve the following issues:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your shipment was missing an item.
  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • You received a defective item.
  • There was a fulfillment error on our end.

If something is wrong with your order, we want to know quickly so we can make it right.

Inspection Period

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective item must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this inspection period may not be eligible for refund, replacement, exchange, or credit.

How To Report an Order Issue

To request assistance, contact us within the inspection period and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your company name
  • The name and contact information on the order
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and label, when applicable

Do not send any product back without written authorization from Guntec USA.

Return Authorization Required

All authorized returns require a Return Authorization Number before anything is shipped back.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly included with the return shipment.

Condition of Returned Items

When a return is authorized, the product must be returned in the condition requested by Guntec USA.

Unless otherwise approved in writing, returned items must be:

  • New and unused
  • Uninstalled
  • Unmodified
  • Free from wear, damage, or alteration
  • Returned with original packaging, parts, and included materials

Items that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify for refund, replacement, exchange, or credit.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials, including the box, inserts, packing slip, labels, and product packaging.

Photos may be required so we can evaluate the issue and support any carrier claim. Please do not discard packaging until the issue has been fully reviewed.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If we made a fulfillment error, we will review the issue and, when approved, arrange the appropriate correction. This may include sending the correct item, replacing the missing item, issuing a credit, or providing another resolution at our discretion.

Defective Items

New products are expected to be free from defects. If you believe an item is defective upon arrival, contact us within the inspection period with your order information and photos or details showing the issue.

After review, approved defective-item claims may be resolved through replacement, exchange, credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or credit unless Guntec USA approves an exception in writing:

  • Items ordered incorrectly by the customer
  • Items no longer wanted or needed
  • Items with compatibility issues that were not caused by incorrect product information from Guntec USA
  • Used, installed, modified, altered, or damaged items
  • Items missing original packaging, parts, or included materials
  • Discontinued, closeout, special-order, or “as-is” items
  • Products returned without authorization

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed Guntec USA fulfillment error, approved defective item, or other issue we specifically authorize in writing.

Original shipping charges, delivery confirmation fees, insurance fees, processing fees, and payment-related fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Guntec USA.

Refunds, Credits & Replacements

Approved refunds or credits will be processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Please allow 1–2 weeks after we receive an authorized return for review and processing. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear on your account.

When a replacement or exchange is approved, availability may depend on current inventory. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been submitted, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If an order has already entered processing, packed, shipped, or been allocated, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
